What makes this course different?

I've created a step-by-step system to help you learn how to create visual content quickly and easily - all using a unique framework for non-designers. You learn by doing more than watching. It's hands-on and we use templates in a specific way to help you edit visuals more efficiently to create pro-quality content. We also help you work out what to ditch so you're not trying to be everywhere with content creation! Then we tie it all together with Visual Content Sprints to help you get more done on the right platform with the right content - and a growing library of over 300+ Canva templates at your fingertips. 

I have zero design skills - do I need to be tech savvy?

Nope! The tools + systems and frameworks we use in this course are PERFECT for non-designers, even without tech skills. We primarily work with Canva as it's EASY to use, as well as other user-friendly tools... and everything is based around templates. I've been teaching non-designers how to create visual content for years, so you're in the right place. And I won't speak down to you with designer-gibberish, because I'm a non-designer too. 

I'm good with the tools but struggle with what to actually create. Will this help?

You bet! A BIG part of the training is ideas for what to create - from visual ideas and generation guides to the Canva Template Hub (with 100s of templates) and our monthly seasonal templates + captions. You'll also benefit from Visual Content Sprints, to help you to work out what to create (easily) and then create it (quickly) based on what your business goals are. 

I'm time-strapped! How long will it take to complete this course?

I totally get the 'time' thing, so I created a course that would not take days to complete. It differs for everyone, but the core training in this course is not long! Module 1 is only 45 minutes in its entirety, and in just 4-6 hours you can do the bulk of the "learning" videos and tutorials you need to get started on creating content with purpose. Heck, you can get started with just 2 hours! From Module 2 you also start "Choose Your Own Adventure", where you focus in on the videos you need. The training will save you hours of content creation time, my time-challenged friend {wink}.

How long can I access the course for?

Access to the Visual Content Made Easy core training is currently for the life of the program - for the course AND the Canva Template library. Note that this is not 'Lifetime Access' or 'Access for Donna's Lifetime'.  I bet you don't want to hear from me when I'm in my 70s and we're flying cars and having content delivered by eye-scan/virtual reality implants. Yikes. Saying that, if unforeseen circumstances happen and I discontinue this program at any stage in the future, you'll be given ample opportunity to download all videos, PDFs and content in the program.  The Facebook Community is a bonus and you will have access to a community in the course area (ie Podia) or Facebook for the life of the program as well. 

Will I have to pay more when the pricing changes to a Membership model?

If you buy Visual Content Made Easy on the one-time payment deal, you get access for the life of the course - no more to pay. After this time we will move to an annual payment system and the price will likely go up as we add more Canva templates to the library, so now is the BEST time to get access to the course. 

Do I need Canva?

In short, yes as most of the templates are made with Canva. I'd also suggest considering an upgrade to a paid account on Canva (Canva Pro) so you can use full functionality with the templates in the program. You can get a free trial of Canva pro here.  We also train you in other awesome free "essential" tools, that are a good option for you inside the course. 

Can my team member do this course with me?

You may let your direct team member or employee watch the content with you. However, please do not share your log-in details beyond your immediate team. Contractors, VAs, Clients or Assistants outside of your immediate business can not use the course materials or templates without purchasing their own seat in VCME. Additionally, Canva design templates provided as part of this program are subject to these terms and template links can not be shared outside of your own Canva account.

Will the Price go up?

Yes - We're building out a large library of Canva templates and updating the course over the next few months. This means:
  1. You get the benefit of a ++ discounted course & access to the library as it grows. 
  2. I get the benefit of your input and feedback on templates to add to the library! 
The core Visual Content Made Easy training is valued at $497 USD but moving forward will only be available as part of a membership bundle (training + Canva templates). So this is the best time to get the course at a discount ($297 USD) and as a one-time payment for ongoing membership. And you get access to the Template library too as it grows!

Can I use the Canva design templates in my business?

Yes! The Canva templates are provided to you for personal or commercial use - as long as you comply with the licensing agreement found here. Note that the designs you create can not be used on products for sale and the template links can not be shared outside of your business. You also must also adhere to Canva's terms of use at all times. 

Can I access all modules and bonuses upon purchase, aka Netflix-style?

Abso-freakin-lutely! I am a huge fan of Netflix-style courses, so the course is ready to go.  I get that you may want to dive in and do most of the content at once. So ALL content is Netflix-style and immediately available. However, it has also been designed in a "Choose-your-own-adventure" format so you can dive into the content you need first (it's not necessary to watch every video in order to get results). 

Does this course teach strategy for Instagram, Facebook and all the things?

This course is focused on helping you create the content you need FOR your marketing. To keep it focused on visual content creation we haven't focused on the strategy and features of social media platforms in-depth. Saying that, strategy does come in to play in the content sprints and focusing on a particular platform. It's natural that strategy does come up in our Facebook Community too, so there's plenty of opportunity for us to bounce ideas off each other. 

Is there a Refund Policy?

Yes, from the date of purchase you have 7 days to request a refund. Unfortunately we can't do an extended refund policy due to the inclusion of a large number of Canva templates. Please refer to the terms of our refund policy at this link. You understand that if you request a refund, that the Canva templates licensed to you must be immediately deleted from your Canva account as you will no longer be granted a license to use them. Your access to the course and template library will also be discontinued as part of the refund process.

When do the doors close?
